BOOKINGS

Whilst most works are secured as bookings two weeks minimum in advance, 20 to 30% of turnover is generated from unscheduled bookings with less than one weeks notice. Every endeavor is made to accommodate needy and urgent requirements.  Most removals commence from between 7.00 – 8.00 am and working through until the job is complete and the client is totally satisfied. However flexible hours can be accommodated as and when required.

It is the principle policy of Cheltenham Removals & Storage to never over-stress our capacity to perform work efficiently and professionally and therefore allowing for both adequate execution of all scheduled work, with additional ability to accommodate urgent small job situations at short notice.
